You may browse public pages for information about rooms, dining, experiences and contact options. You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping in a way that harms the service, or introducing malware).

Content on the site is for general information. Rates, availability and package details may change. The booking flow and confirmation (including payment) control the commercial terms of a stay.

To complete some bookings you may need to register with a valid email address, your name and a password of at least eight characters. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

A direct booking request becomes a binding reservation once we accept it and (for prepaid online stays) payment is completed as required in the checkout flow. Until then, unpaid holds may expire after the payment window described in our Cancellation policy.

Room rates are typically quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Occupancy limits (adults and children) follow the selected room category. Children of any age are welcome; guests aged 13 and above are charged as adults at this property. Extra beds, where offered, are subject to availability. Cots are not available.

Add-ons, packages and special requests are fulfilled subject to availability and any extra charges shown or confirmed by our team. Advance stay planning is commonly offered up to about 60 days; longer lead times may be arranged by contacting us.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing for a contracted event, the following property rules apply to stays:

Online payments for direct bookings are processed through Razorpay (or another payment provider we nominate). Card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider; Motus does not store full card numbers on its servers.

You agree to pay the totals shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and add-ons. Invoices and receipts may be issued electronically.

Cancellations, unpaid holds and refunds for direct bookings are governed by our Cancellation policy. That policy forms part of these Terms for website and portal bookings.

OTA bookings remain subject to the rules of the platform where you booked.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Motus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a stay, except where liability cannot be limited (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, utility failures, epidemic restrictions or transport disruption. Where practicable we will offer alternative dates or other remedies at our discretion.

Site design, text, logos, photographs and other materials are owned by Motus or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Raigad, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a direct Motus booking.
